If you could’ve asked me before if I like travelling, I’ll answer you no. I wasn’t fond of travelling because I believed that it’s just tiring to sit for how long. I never pictured myself as a person who’ll love travelling to far places. I always liked to stay at home and just watch my cartoons or read on my phone.

It started on the year 2014, when I was given the chance to travel to Camiguin and Manila. As I heard about the trip to Camiguin, I was clueless, “Where’s that?” “Why are we going there?” are questions in my mind. As a young girl, all I cared for was I am going swimming, that was my only thought all throughout my trip to Camiguin.

As I got there, I was amazed how different life is there compared to the life I’m used to here in Davao. The difference of the place, triggered my curiosity that I focused on everything around me. It was then I appreciated how it feel to travel to somewhere foreign for you. That by travelling, you can learn about a place’s culture and lifestyle.

And that is how I fell in love with Travelling.
